With the rapid changes in the world, leaders need to be better equipped to deal with the rising daily issues within their organizations to successfully drive their business’s agenda for transformation. Leadership today requires one’s whole self, emphasizing the emotional and human aspects of management as much as the strategic and problem-solving ones. Based on experiential learning HRCN and Vyaktitva has co-created executive development programs for Sr leadership.
The programs share a common framework. Guided by expert faculty, the course explores the root causes of each leader’s most critical performance gap, the disconnect between one’s optimized skills, and their actual behaviour in a challenging situation. Leaders learn who they are when they are operating at their best, compared with their “everyday” selves, and figure out how to close that gap
