Sofi Zahoor brings several years of professional experience to Industry . During his career he has worked with multinational companies and Indian business across several positions. His 25+ years of experience in IT industry brings forth an unique blend of cross functional experience with over 3 years of experience in Customer Support, 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing and almost 18 years in Human Resources management covering areas of Talent Management, Organizational Design, Performance Management and entire gamut of change management initiative in the area of HR. Sofi brings Solid experience in driving talent acquisition and professional development programs, resulting in talent upgrades of the workforce. He has played key role in conducting and implementing an organizational re-design to capitalize on strategic opportunities. Proven track record in thought leadership, defining objectives and setting milestones.
In the past, Sofi also served as CII Chairman for Confederation of Indian Industries - Chandigarh. CII works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the development of India, partnering industry, Government, and civil society, through advisory and consultative processes. He also serves as a adjunct faculty at leading business schools, on topics as varied as Change Management, Talent Management and general leadership development.
